All models are highly specified, designed and tested to meet the European requirements of EN 12469:2000, "Biotechnology-Performance criteria for the Microbiological Safety Cabinets" (plus other equivalent biohazard international standards where necessary)

A Microbiological Safety Cabinet (MSC) is a ventilated enclosure intended to offer protection to the user, product and the environment from the aerosols arising from the handling of potentially hazardous and hazardous micro-organisms with the filtration of all air discharged to the atmosphere.

BIO-1 Series

Manufactured in three width sizes; 1.0m, 1.2m, and 1.5m. The Class I Cabinet offers excellent operator, product and environment protection.

It is has a single or double HEPA filtered air discharge and is available as a ducted or air re-circulated model.

BIO-II Series

Manufactured in three width sizes; 1.2m, 1.5m, and 1.8m. The Class II Cabinet offers excellent operator, product and environment protection.

It is has a single or double HEPA filtered air discharge and is available as a ducted or air re-circulated model.

BIO-III Series

Manufactured in three width sizes; 1.0m, 1.2m, and 1.5m. The Class III Cabinet offers total operator, product and environment protection.

The Cabinet is available as a ducted model with double filter discharge to atmosphere.
