Pharmaceutical Clean Rooms

Mach-Aire has the resources and skills to design and build Pharmacy Clean Room Facilities. Projects range from small single rooms to large multi-roomed manufacturing suites. Our designers work with end users, architects, main contractors and facility managers to provide state of the art facilities. Mach-Aire has a full understanding of aseptic manufacture and dispensing. Usually the facilities are designed to include other products from the Mach-Aire range, such as isolators, laminar flow or safety cabinets.

Clean Rooms are provided with full air handling and air conditioning and many other additional features.

Facilities can include such extra equipment as intercom systems, closed circuit television systems, facility monitoring with particle measurement and recording is also offered, as required by the EU GMP Annex 1 Revision.
